    I'm not able to update the Protocol Word Document BUT Please keep in mind;

    Incident Code Protocols on How to add:

    For LVT, when receiving request to add emails to Incident Code we will not add "Receive Incident Notifications" on Immix as this is Incident Code email is going through a different platform called 'Police Priority'. Customers should never receive reports from Immix only from Police Priority. When these request come in, you will only add the email in CRM/Immix/Stages in the site description under 'Incident Reports'. The email then will be provided to Me, Jason, Or Gus to be added to the Police Priority website. Example below where emails will be added.

    Delayed Alerts will go to Marc Fedretions - mark.fredricksen@immixprotect.com & CC Marlene Lagarda, Jason Straka, & LVT support

    When adding a new site, we will always double check Immix to ensure we don't have a canceled site with the same TDC. If we do we need to delete that site from Immix so it doesn't affect no alarms to be triggered to the new location.
